What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All homes are different. All roofs are different. Everyone's taste is different. For those reasons, each roof project requires a custom estimate. Upon your request we will visit your home for the initial roof inspection, diagnose any existing issues, measure, take pictures and create a proposal and pricing specifically for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is unique. The utmost attention and professionalism is provided from the first phone call through the final details. Exterior Visions provides a free on-site roof evaluation to create a detailed scope of work proposal. We meet with every potential client to review any and all deficiencies and discuss what in our professional opinion is the appropriate action plan.
How quickly will my project be completed?
We strive to complete jobs as efficiently as possible without ever sacrificing workmanship. While all projects are unique, a typical residential home’s roof can be replaced in 1-2 days.
Is there a warranty for my roof?
GAF shingles come with a lifetime limited warranty. More information on the warranty program can be found here.
